The Christmas Photography Experience 2026
Well guys it’s that exciting time of year again… Im so happy to announce to all those that have been waiting patiently….
Our Christmas sessions are now open for bookings!!
This year we’ve created two magical Christmas sets, each with its own little story and plenty of opportunities to capture those beautiful, natural moments with your little ones.
THE CHRISTMAS TRUCK
Step inside our beautifully rustic vintage Christmas truck, tucked away in a snowy Christmas woodland. With its cosy wooden interior, festive cushions, soft blankets and twinkling Christmas trees, it’s the perfect little hideaway for some truly magical photographs.The children can snuggle up on the cosy bench, wrapped in blankets with their real marshmallows to enjoy and a festive hot chocolate in hand (our hot chocolates are props, so there are no spills to worry about!). Parents are very welcome to climb inside too! There will be plenty of opportunities for those gorgeous cuddled-up family photographs.
SANTA’S TOY WORKSHOP
Our second set takes you straight into a nostalgic old-fashioned Santa’s Toy Workshop — a warm and enchanting little world filled from floor to ceiling with beautiful vintage toys. Think wooden rocking horses, classic toy trains, little wooden houses, teddy bears, nutcrackers, drums and shelves overflowing with traditional Christmas treasures. The whole set has that wonderfully nostalgic, timeless feeling of stepping into Santa’s workshop many years ago. ❤️
This set is all about play and personality. Rather than asking little ones to sit perfectly still and smile, they can explore the toys, climb aboard, play and simply enjoy themselves while we capture those genuine little expressions and moments of excitement.
Session information
Sessions price: £90
£20 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking
Remaining £70 is to be paid on the day of your session
Up to 45 minute session
10 digital images included
Optional extras
Extra images are £10 per image or 10 images for £50
Personalised family name added to the truck number plate for an extra £10
Questionnaires are to be filled out prior to your session so we know of any special requirements you may need and they also help us get to you know you and your family before you arrive, please fill the questionnaire out even if you have visited Forebears before.
Please arrive on time to your session or 5 minutes early if possible, if you are late to your session it will be taken off your allocated time.
What to wear
For both sets, we recommend comfortable, casual clothing so everyone can relax and enjoy the experience. Soft knits, cosy jumpers, simple dresses and neutral tones all work beautifully and photograph really naturally in the festive settings. Christmas outfits are absolutely lovely if you’d like to dress up a little.. reds, greens, tartans or sparkles always add a festive touch..but they are completely optional.
A little note about who our Christmas sessions are for…
Our Christmas mini sessions are designed with immediate families in mind — perfect for siblings, parents and their little ones to enjoy some special Christmas time together. Want to include cousins too? Of course! We’d love to capture those special cousin memories. However, as cousins would be considered an additional family group, we strongly recommend booking two sessions back-to-back. This means we have plenty of time to photograph each immediate family individually, as well as the cousins together, without trying to squeeze everything into one short session.
Two back-to-back slots means:
• More time for each family
• Individual photographs of siblings and parents
• Beautiful cousin photographs together
• More time for natural, playful moments
• No rushing little ones from one pose to the next
• And, most importantly, everyone gets to enjoy their Christmas experience
